October 18
Halloween Parade and Dance Party
Sea Isle City
The parade will feature live music, entertainers, floats and costumed participants. A Family Dance Party will take place at the Excursion Park Band Shell right after the parade.
Halloween Spooktacular
Marlboro Recreation Center parking lot, Marlboro
Families can come by for carnival games, cupcake decorating, a costume contest and parade, trunk-or-treating, a meet-and-greet with police officers and DJ music.
October 19
Long Branch Fall Festival & Pooch Parade
Pier Village, Long Branch
Dress your dog in their most creative Halloween costume for the parade and contest along the boardwalk. Other activities for the whole family include music by DJ JoJo and a traditional German Bavarian band, pumpkin carving demos, face painting, vendor shopping, trick-or-treating for dogs and kids, Yappy Hour for dogs, a meet-and-greet with mascot Sparky, photo ops in the pumpkin patch, inflatable rides, arcade games, bowling, mini golf, fall treats, psychic readings and animal adoptions.
Costume Pet Parade
Village Green, Historic Smithville
Paw Dazzle will host the annual parade, where you can sign up your pet or watch 100+ pets show off their unique Halloween costumes. Historic Smithville has 50 shops, 7 eateries, a carousel ride, a train ride, paddle boats, an arcade, on-site lodging at the Colonial Inn and over 26 free weekend events.

Halloween Parade
Cape May
The parade route begins at Perry Street and Carpenters Lane, proceeds down Carpenters Lane to Ocean Street, travels down Washington Street and ends at the Emlen Physick Estate.
Red Bank Halloween Parade
East Bergen Place and Hudson Avenue, Red Bank
Enter your float to win a trophy from the Red Bank Fire Department. There will be prizes and goodie bags for kids. Plus, stay for a performance by School of Rock youth musicians.

Paw Parade and Costume Contest
Bell Works, Holmdel
The Bell Works Fresh Team wants your pup to strut its stuff during the Bell Works Fresh Market.
Middle Township Halloween Parade
Downtown Cape May Court House
Bring a bag to collect candy from the marchers.
October 24
Halloween Parade
Asbury Avenue, Ocean City
The parade will march down from 6th to 11th streets.
October 25
Hometown Halloween Parade
Palmer Square Green, YMCA, Arts Council of Princeton, Princeton
The event starts with the music of the Princeton University Band. The parade kicks off from Palmer Square and makes it way to the YMCA. After, there will be a trunk-or-treat and more family fun. At night, stop by the Arts Council of Princeton for an all-ages Halloween Dance Party.
October 26
Halloween Kids Brunch, Costume Contest & Parade
The Shannon Rose, Clifton
During the themed brunch, there will be raffle prizes, trick-or-treating, spooky crafts, a dance party with a DJ, a costume contest and a parade – all to support St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
“Howl-O-Ween” Parade
Boardwalk, Ocean City
Owners who like to dress themselves and their pooch in zany, fun Halloween costumes can parade their pup on the boardwalk from 6th to 14th streets.
Halloween Pet Parade & Costume Contest
Town Center Gazebo, Robbinsville
Register your pet to walk along Lake Drive, and enter them into the costume contest.
October 27
Halloween Spooktacular
New Jersey State Museum, Trenton
Play Halloween-themed games and crafts in the museum’s Riverview Court. Bring the kids in costume to participate in trick-or-treating and a parade on the museum’s front lawn. Free planetarium shows will be offered at two showtimes.

Main Street, Freehold Borough
Get into costume with your kids or pets and march down Main Street. Or, sit on the sidelines and try and catch some candy thrown in your direction.
Halloween Parade, Costume Contest and Harvest Fest
City Hall Municipal Complex, Clifton
The parade route goes from Van Houten Avenue to the City Hall Municipal Complex. Kids, teens, adults and pets will be judged in the costume contest. Then stick around for a post-parade festival featuring a hayride, arts and crafts, carnival booths, rides and food.
Linden Halloween Parade
Wood Avenue, Linden
The annual parade lineup begins on Wood Avenue. Floats, bands, marching groups, ghouls and goblins will parade down the street.
October 30
Westmont Lions Club Parade
Haddon Avenue, Haddon Twp.
The parade route goes from Planet Fitness to Jackson Funeral Home. Prizes will be awarded for juvenile, adult, float and group.
October 31
Toms River’s Halloween Parade
Toms River Shopping Center / Highland Parkway, Toms River
Hosted by Toms River Fire Co. No. 1, this annual parade is one of the biggest in the state.
