Halloween on the Hill (Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia)

Halloween on the Hill returns to Chestnut Hill, bringing a full month of frightfully fun festivities hosted by the Chestnut Hill Business District.

Highlights throughout the month include:

• The 18th Annual Scarecrow Walk at the Morris ArBOOretum & Gardens transforms the scenic pathways of the ArBOOretum with hundreds of handcrafted scarecrows created by local families, schools, and organizations; now through October 31.
• The Chestnut Hill Halloween Pet Parade returns from 12:30 to 1 pm October 26 as the neighborhood favorite brings out costumed pups and their proud owners.
• Trick-or-Treating on the Hill, from 1-3 pm October 26, along Germantown Avenue and Bethlehem Pike, at participating shops and restaurants displaying the “Treats Here” poster.
• Woodmere Art Museum’s Straw Maze, through November 30.
