There’s a new dining, bowling and bocce venue in Paramus that’s sure to be right up your alley (oh yes we did). Pinstripes opens today at Westfield Garden State Plaza and we got a first look during the venue’s grand opening party.
With an expansive food and drink menu, multiple bars and huge flat screen TVs on two floors along with bowling and bocce, Pinstripes is a modern, spacious restaurant and gaming space that also happens to be ideal for watching big games on its big screens from the bar or a booth with your crew.
Bowling, Bar and Beyond
The first Pinstripes location to open in New Jersey (and 16th location nationwide), the venue boasts 31,221 square feet including a 107-seat ground floor bistro with an extensive menu of Italian-American cuisine and seasonal entrées plus a curated wine list, local beers and craft cocktails like a Margarita Italiano and Limoncello Martini. There’s also a 137-seat, 2,044-square-foot patio.
Menu choices include wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads and entrées such as Maple-Glazed Salmon with Mediterranean grains, cucumber grape tomato, pesto and calabrese sauce. Desserts include a Classic Tiramisu with whipped mascarpone with ladyfingers.
The vibe is upscale and fun and tailor-made for special events (think Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and milestone birthdays and celebrations) with 13 bowling lanes, three bocce courts and three private event spaces for groups of up to 1,000 people.
Imagine a 360 photo booth, chocolate fondue station, dessert bar, a DJ and dance floor and beyond for parties and special events.
The bowling and bocce is really the icing on the cake for families and groups in the huge space which is as much about gathering for food and drink as it is about the games. Think modern restaurant with an Italian spin meets sports bar, party venue and an elevated bowling experience.
