One of the great things about the start of spring in New Jersey is heading outside for a street fair complete with food, shopping, crafts, activities and rides for the kids and music. Here’s what’s coming up:

April 26

Rock & Roll Steampunk Fair
Downtown Washington Borough
This will be a full day of live music, artisan vendors, street performers, costumes and general steampunk shenanigans.

Allentown Spring Stroll
Main Street, Allentown
This annual spring event highlights local businesses as well as local crafters and artisans along Main Street.

Ales on the Rails
Station Avenue and Kings Highway, Mt. Ephraim
There will be beer, food, vendors, activities, music and more set up along the streets.

April 27

United for Impact Food Truck Festival
West Main Street, Downtown Freehold
There will be food, beer, live music, entertainment, kids’ activities, raffles, vendor shopping and games to benefit the United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Red Bank Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Red Bank
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

May 3

Spring Block Party
Asbury Avenue, Ocean City
There will be over 350 crafters, food vendors, musical acts and more from 5th to 14th streets.

May 4

Highland Park Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Highland Park
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

Handmade Hopewell
Seminary Avenue, Hopewell Borough
The highly curated makers street fair will feature more than 60 makers, artisans and craftspeople selling textiles, home goods, paintings, ceramics and more.

May 17

Woodbridge Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Woodbridge
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

Steel Mill Street Fair
Roebling Museum, Roebling
This year’s new location is the grounds of the museum, which is the site of the John A. Roebling Steel Mill. There will be food choices, new attractions, plus more time for families to enjoy shopping, dining and free entertainment.

Spring Into Bordentown City
Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown City
The street fair will have the vibes of a European market, with vendors selling artisanal food and pastries, farm-fresh produce, wine, artwork and locally made products. There will be live music as well.

Lake Hopatcong Block Party
Hopatcong State Park, Lake Hopatcong
The Main Street-style experience takes place along the lake. There will be businesses, non-profit organizations, community groups, crafters and food vendors set up for a community day featuring activities, entertainment, raffles, a children’s scavenger hunt, and more.

Pennington Day
South Main Street and East Curlis Avenue, Pennington Borough
This lively street fair featuring local businesses, artisans, activities, music, food and non-profits has become one of the most anticipated events in Hopewell Valley. Activities include a Kids Zone, quilt show, live entertainment and YMCA 5K Race.

May 18

Maplewood Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Maplewood
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

Cranford Spring Street Fest
North Union Avenue and Alden Street, Cranford
More than 100 artisans and Cranford businesses will participate in the street fair, plus food trucks and live music will be set up in the fire department parking lot next to the gazebo.

Westfield Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Westfield
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

Woofstock
Mini Park, Keyport

Haddonfield Crafts and Fine Art Festival
Kings Highway, Haddonfield
For 30+ years the festival takes over Kings Highway across many streets, with more than 200 artists showcasing their works. Restaurants and shops along the way will have deals and specials.

Metuchen Street Fair & Craft Show
Downtown Metuchen
There will be arts and crafts, vendor shopping, live music, kids’ rides and food vendors.

Westfield Street Fair & Craft Show
