The Capital One All-Star Village, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center this weekend, is part of the MLB festivities. It will be modeled as a baseball theme park, and be the ultimate fan fest for baseball fans.

You’ll see interactive baseball attractions, autograph signings, photos with former stars, exclusive merch, and food from around the league.

Every year there’s a theme to the All-Star Village, and Philly’s will be designed after the City of Neighborhoods, with different sections showing off the best of the Center City, Fairmount, Fishtown, Old City and South Philly neighborhoods. A local artist created a mural that welcomes you into each section of the park.

A key area for kids will be the Capital One PLAY BALL PARK with the Rookie Leagues area. Future ballplayers can test their skills on a mini baseball diamond, join a formal or informal clinic, test their skills at the batting cages and pitching tunnels, and enter the Home Run Derby. You can also sign up your team for one of the youth baseball or softball tournaments.

Fans can see what it’s like to join a pro team through the MLB Draft Experience, where they’ll be called to the podium like a No. 1 draft pick. There will be gaming kiosks and giveaways through MLB the Show. Phillies legends Ryan Howard and Jimmy Rollins will host a live recording of “The 6-1-1” Podcast, presented by FanDuel.

Save the drive to Cooperstown and stop by the National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum for some history of the game. You’ll see a Women in Baseball exhibit, Major League trophies, and a Minor League hat wall showing off all 120 MiLB clubs.

Keep a lookout for popular MLB and MiLB mascots who like to clown around with the kids. The Coach from The Show will be on hand throughout the weekend.
