There will be more than 100 works of art and crafted items at this holiday fair, which is part artisan market, part affordable art show, part juried art exhibit.

With the city’s largest Greenmarket, 150+ vendors and dozens of award-winning restaurants and retailers, there are countless ways to shop and dine locally in Union Square during the holidays.

Ridgewood Holiday Market
16 Chestnut Street, Ridgewood
The Ridgewood Guild, Femmebot and True Ascend curated the first-ever holiday market in Downtown Ridgewood. Shop and support small businesses and vendors selling jewelry, clothes, crystals and more. Santa will be available for photos on the December dates.

You’ll feel like you’re in Germany instead of Pennsylvania as local and international vendors set up in traditional wooden booths, offering holiday gifts, ornaments, jewelry and high-quality arts and crafts.

Off the Wall Holiday Market
West Windsor Arts, Princeton Junction
Work will be original and handcrafted by the artist. The focus is on the maker: their story, what makes their process unique, the history of their craft, their sustainable practices, and any other aspect of their business that helps customers understand who they are.

Swedish Traditional Christmas Fair
Commonwealth Club, Upper Montclair
Swedish handicrafts like handmade Christmas decorations, linen and wooden items, plus a variety of cheese, herring and other Swedish delicacies, as well as home-baked goods (bread, cookies, and cakes), will be available for you to buy. Glögg, a typical Swedish spiced holiday drink, will be served. A highlight of the fair is the beautiful Lucia pageant and her choir singing, which is a unique Swedish tradition.

Holiday Bazaars

Whitechapel Projects, Long Branch
These bazaars are inspired by the traditional “Weihnachtsmarkts” holiday markets held in Germany. There will be handcrafted goods and unique holiday gifts made by local and regional makers and small businesses, in addition to holiday music and entertainment, photos with Santa, food and drinks, craft workshops, kids activities, festive décor and music.

There will be vendors from all over the Northeast selling their products before the holidays.

The biggest attraction is the Festival of Trees, featuring Christmas trees designed and decorated by community members, local businesses and organizations. You will also get access to the museum.

There will be over 100 tables of gift items at this holiday market.

Urbanspace Columbus Circle Holiday Market 
Columbus Circle, New York, NY
This market has a European flair, and the aisles are full of over 100 artisans and designers selling unique items, like special foods, handmade jewelry, art, home goods, and more. You’re close to Central Park so take a stroll or a horse-and-carriage ride, or go for an ice skating session at Wollman Rink.

German Christmas Market of New Jersey
Sussex County Fairgrounds, Augusta
Completely run by volunteers, this market is a huge gathering of people who love shopping, eating and being with friends. There are dozens of vendors, crafters, food trucks and food carts, a visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus, and other entertainment.

Winter Village

Winterfest Market
Haddon Square, Haddon Twp.
The family-friendly event will get you all into the holiday spirit with lots of vendors, holiday music, fun activities for the kids, food, a beer garden with seasonal brews and cocktails, and a special appearance by Santa.

The Heights Holiday Market
Riverview-Fisk Park, Jersey City
Enjoy 80+ local vendors, a festive food court, a free holiday photo booth, live music by DJ Preskool and DJ Lucy Euclid, seasonal cocktails by Fox & Crow, family photos with Santa, s’mores hot cocoa by Busy Bee Organics, and more.

Tenafly Holiday Fair
Peace Plaza, Tenafly
Tenafly Chamber and Tenafly Downtown Committee are putting together their first holiday fair, complete with dozens of local and regional vendors, a community concert featuring local musicians and dancers, hot cocoa from the food trucks, and crafts for the kids. There will be more festive fun inside Tenafly Public Library, including winter-themed crafts and a community puzzle.

Hope Christmas Craft Market
Hope Elementary School, Hope Grange, Community Center, St. John Methodist Church, St. Luke and St. Mary Episcopal Church, Hope Fire Department; Hope, NJ
Explore six buildings full of holiday cheer, featuring items made by crafters! Santa will be hanging out in the Community Center. There is a a free shuttle bus that goes to every building.

Holiday Flea Market & Gift Fair
Bergenfield High School, Bergenfield
There will be over 100 tables of gift items at this holiday market.

Noyes Holiday Market and Gingerbread Village
Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University, Atlantic City
There will be live music from pianist Denis Brousse, family photos with Santa, craft activities for all ages, local food and drink vendors, shopping from local artists and vendors, and a gingerbread house contest.

Hungarian Artisan Market
American Hungarian Foundation, New Brunswick
There will be Hungarian vendors, artisans and food trucks on site that are themed specially for Christmas.

Montclair Flea Holiday Market
Montclair Flea, Montclair
Fifty local vendors will be selling handmade and vintage gifts.

Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market: Wreck the Halls!
CURE Insurance Arena, Trenton
The festival features more than 500 unique vendors over two days, food trucks, special guests and more.
