Adam Sandler virtually stopped by The Tonight Show at Home with Jimmy Fallon last night and treated audiences to his new “Quarantine Song.” The Saturday Night Live star beloved for his classic “Hanukkah Song” delivered his brand of musical comedy just when we needed it most as we all hunker down to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
While Sandler’s song stresses the importance of supporting and getting supplies to the medical professionals on the front line, he also hits some relatable notes with lyrics about dealing with social isolation. Truer lyrics have never been written: “I’m teaching math to my kids, and that can’t be good for America.”
Watch the entire song below.
If you’re looking for more musical entertainment, we also recommend Lin-Manuel Miranda singing from Hamilton in his home. It also features some adorable cameos from Jimmy Fallon’s kid.
We’re super grateful for these comedians and talk show hosts for finding ways to keep us entertained during this stressful and unprecedented period. We all need some laughs to get us through the day.
