Six Flags Great Adventure Resort is saying welcome summer as Hurricane Harbor water park announced its opening date will be May 25, just in time for Memorial Day Weekend.
Improvements to Splash Island include a tree house play structure, 14 kids’ slides, more rental cabanas, increased shade and an outdoor dining option. Kids will love the mini slides and waterfalls. And don’t forget that giant dump bucket perched above and ready to soak everyone below!
There are seven colorful slides meant for smaller riders. Cowabunga, Jellyfish Twist, RipCurl, Shark Attack, Splashin’ Seal and Stingray Racer offer summer fun for kids 42 inches and smaller.
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is located at 1 Six Flags Blvd. in Jackson and will operate weekends starting May 25 and then will open daily starting in June. For info on tickets and Season Passes visit the website.
