As New Jersey begins phase two of COVID-19 restrictions, restaurants throughout the state are opening outdoor dining options, just in time to celebrate dads. Due to limited amount of space, most spots are recommending you make a reservation.
Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill
This chain favorite has outdoor dining available at multiple NJ locations. A limited menu will be served with popular dishes like the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and boneless wings. These locations will be open for outdoor dining: Phillipsburg, Jersey Gardens, Clark, Manchester, Clifton, Tinton Falls, Wall, Manahawkin, Toms River, Brentwood, Paramus, Totowa, Butler, Garfield, Hackensack and Woodbridge.
Battello’s is accepting reservations for its outdoor patio dining (max of four people per party). Reservations must be at least seven days notice and can be made on RESY.com. Pickup and delivery (including beer, wine and cocktails) are also offered Thursday-Sunday.
Blue Moon Mexican Café
Englewood and Wyckoff
Both Blue Moon locations will be serving a brunch menu from 11 am-3 pm and the café’s dinner menu all day long—outdoors. Grab a pitcher of Bloody Mary for the Table and make it a boozy brunch, and dig into the Supreme Moon Fixin’s Tray which includes shrimp, mini cheese quesadillas, plantains and bacon. Clean Plate Kitchen
Serving meals made with locally-sourced products, diners can enjoy views of the Old Red Mill on the Raritan River. Ingredients come from farms and businesses around Hunterdon County for that true farm-to-table taste.
DiPaolo’s Restaurant and Bar
