Celebrating its 21st year, the New York International Children’s Film Festival will run for four consecutive weekends from February 23-March 18. Screenings are geared for ages 3 and up and will include animation, live action and documentary.

Some films will speak to weighty issues, while others are pure fun. On deck are screenings of March of the Penguins 2: The Next Step, A Series of Unfortunate Events: Season 2, The Austere Academy and VR JR., an interactive virtual reality experience for kids.

Hit the silver screen at various venues across NYC: Alamo Drafthouse City Point, Cinépolis Chelsea, IFC Center, Museum of the Moving Image, Scandinavia House and SVA Theatre.

Tickets are already on sale and range from $14-20 per person.
