Easter Bunny Visit
Palisades Center, West Nyack, NY
All month, the Easter Bunny will be dressed to the nines and spreading joy. You can visit with your kids, with your pets, or with those who need a sensory-friendly environment, depending on the date. There is also a monthlong Selfie Egg Hunt where you can take pictures of your kids finding eggs hidden throughout the mall, and if you tag Palisades Center on social media, your photo may appear on digital screens throughout the mall.

Easter Events at Pier Village
Pier Village, Long Branch
Take pictures of your kids or your pets with the Easter Bunny, and sign up your kids or your dog for an egg hunt. There will be Brunch With the Easter Bunny the week before the holiday, as well as brunch and dinner offered on Easter weekend. A Spring Celebration is planned for March 30.

Storytime features Belle from “Beauty and the Beast” reading her favorite stories; live music and sing-alongs; dancing, stilt walkers and jugglers; the IKEA book nook, and a book drive.

The Bunny will be here all month, but on March 9 you can meet other book characters like Winnie the Pooh, Christopher Robin, Curious George, and Man in the Yellow Hat. Get a temporary Dr. Seuss tattoo; build a little sailboat to take home, inspired by Max from “Where The Wild Things Are”; spend some quiet time in the Little Book Nook; and dance to the DJ.

Rolling Railway Easter EGGspress
DiDonato’s Family Fun Center, Hammonton
Hop aboard the train that takes you through the Spring Village. Meet the Easter Bunny, go on an egg hunt, and find your way through the Spring Hedge maze. Kids will get a free snack, plus an Easter prize. There will also be a giant slide and an inflatable 40-foot obstacle course. You can add on a game of bowling or eat at the Alley Bar & Grille or the Pin Deck. Toy Market will be on-site at their pop-up snack and toy cottage.

Hop a hayride to the egg hunt grounds, decorate cookies, snap photos with Peter Rabbit and visit the farm market.

Going Bananas “Despicable Me” and Easter Bunny Event
MarketFair, Princeton
This free “Despicable Me”-themed event is inspired by the upcoming summer movie release. Take a photo with a Minion character, try out the roller coaster simulator, listen to live music, play trivia, get your face painted, ask for a balloon animal and make some crafts. The first 400 kids will get a giveaway. You can also make a reservation for photos with the Easter Bunny; the photo session is not free.

Black River and Western Railroad, Flemington
Take a round-trip train ride from Flemington to Ringoes and back. Meet Peter Cottontail aboard the train for a brief photo op. There will be an egg hunt when you stop off in Ringoes.

The vintage train goes through the forests and farmland of historic Salem County before reaching the Easter Bunny’s home at Fenwick Grove. There, kids will hop off for an egg hunt.

Cost: $10 for adults, $15 for kids
Admission includes an Easter egg hunt, petting zoo, hayride, barrel ride and games. Pony rides, animal feed, face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny and snacks will be available for purchase.

Bring your own Easter basket to collect eggs at special stops throughout the village. There will be a full day of festival activities with live chicks, bunnies and animals, a Spring flower stilt walker, bonnet decorating, egg games on the green, storytelling, a village scavenger hunt, historical Easter egg dying demos, and more.

Whether or not you’re a Girl Scout you can come to this event organized by The Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Roast PEEPS s’mores, create an egg-cellent craft, enjoy a fun scavenger hunt around Bunny Village, and hop over to the bunny hutch for a family photo with the Bunny herself. A special after-hour egg hunt will be available exclusively for high schoolers.

Members from Sikking Flowers will walk through how to build a gorgeous flower bouquet for your Easter weekend brunches and dinners. The centerpiece of the bouquet will be made of tulips and other spring flowers. Your ticket includes the materials needed to make a bouquet, a glass of wine, a small charcuterie plate, and a souvenir wine glass to take home.

Easter Bunny Fire Truck & Great Egg Hunt
Throughout Trenton, ending in Cadwalader Park
The Easter Bunny will ride through Trenton on a fire truck, passing through each of the city’s wards before ending in Cadwalader Park for the 103rd annual Great Egg Hunt, where 3,000 eggs will be hidden throughout the park. Face painting, a petting zoo, games and music will be part of the festivities. All children at the park will receive a treat from the Bunny Patrol.

Bunny Trail Spring Festival
Terhune Orchards, Princeton
Kids 2-10 can follow hand-drawn clues around the farm in a self-guided treasure hunt. There will be lots of bunny-themed craft activities as well as a meet-and-greet with Ginger, a real bunny rabbit.

After Easter service, kids up to age 12 are invited to wait for a helicopter to fly overhead and drop thousands of colorful Easter eggs filled with candy and prizes for them to gather.

Easter Egg Hunt, Games, Craft and Prizes
First Presbyterian Church, Cranford
Start with a family-friendly Easter celebration service. Following the worship service, kids 5 and under can wait inside the church for an egg hunt on the front lawn. Kids 6 and up will have lots of games, crafts and prizes to choose from inside the gym.
