The ground-floor bistro seats 107 people, plus there is a 137-seat, 2,044-square-foot patio. The menu will be chef-curated, Italian-American, with choices like wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, sandwiches, entrees such as maple-glazed salmon and peppercorn-crusted rib-eye, desserts like homemade Italian gelato and classic tiramisu; plus handcrafted cocktails. Big-screen TVs will be viewable from the booths and the bar.

Come by on Saturdays and Sundays for the Pintastic Weekend Brunch Buffet, which has a waffle station; a made-to-order omelet station; a carving station featuring prime cuts of maple-glazed ham and herb-crusted prime rib; and chef specialties, like chicken and goat cheese pasta and herb-roasted chicken; and a sweets table featuring milk chocolate fondue with an assortment of items you can dip into the fountain. Did we mention the bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes?
