
You don’t have to be inside New York New Jersey Stadium or Philadelphia Stadium to watch the FIFA World Cup matches with a crowd. Restaurants and bars across New Jersey are hosting watch parties throughout the World Cup with big-screen TVs, food and drink specials, and fan-friendly activities. Here’s where to watch and celebrate in New Jersey through the final on July 19.

Even though Ireland didn’t qualify for the games this year, so you can still cheer on other teams at this Irish pub and restaurant – with lots of Guinness and corned beef on the menu.

Chevy’s will be hosting fiestas during every match played at NY NJ Stadium, featuring food and drink specials and giveaways.

The Ultimate Outdoor Soccer Experience includes 25-foot TVs, food trucks, mini soccer fields, a full bar and beer tents. This is a ticketed event, but kids under 12 are free.
Don Felix Bar & Restaurant
559 Elizabeth Ave., Elizabeth
There are three different vibes here, but each section of the restaurant is pro-soccer during the season. Catch the action on the giant screens out on the patio.
Finnegan’s Pub
Hoboken
There’s a real neighborhood pub vibe at the home of Arsenal FC Supports Club of NJ. Every soccer game will be aired; plus live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights; and an open mic on Sundays.
The Grand Saloon
940 Van Houten Ave., Clifton
This spot is so into the game it’s got its own World Cup Visitor Guide. Before the match, stop in for burgers, wings, bar pies, sandwiches and steak. After the match, come back for late-night food and drinks. World Cup Specials include discounts on Coors Light, Yuengling and Michelob Ultra; and the jumbo pretzel, pizza, mini burgers and wings.
Halifax
225 River St., Hoboken
TVs are located in Halifax’s back dining room, behind the Halifax bar, and in the W Living Room. Chef Seadon Shouse created a rotating World Cup prix fixe menu that will change every few days based on the teams playing that week.
The Hutton Restaurant and Bar
225 Hutton St., Jersey City
This restaurant isn’t playing around: owners just purchased and installed a new huge projection screen to air all the games. They’re also part of the Jersey City Restaurant Fest, meaning you can try their Hutton Burger with bacon jam, crispy spicy onion rings, and fried chicken naan sandwich. Get a bucket of six beers for $25 during matches.

Lokal Eatery & Bar

The View at Lokal is the restaurant’s outdoor, waterfront area, with a drop-down projection screen, upgraded sound system, and electric blinds to take away the glare of the sun. Each viewing party will have themed food and drinks inspired by the teams playing in that match.
Mickey’s Bar & Grill
601 Riverside Ave., Lyndhurst
Fifty TV screens here air sporting events and Chive TV. On weekdays from 2-5:30 pm, buffalo wings are half-off.
Mulligan’s Pub

Considered NJ’s premier football bar, the vibes here changes to fútbol this season. There are big screens hung throughout the pub, and it regularly shows European football, MLS and major soccer matches. The full-service kitchen serves up game-day wings, sirloin burgers and traditional Irish Breakfast (served all day every day).
The New Park Tavern
250 Park Ave., East Rutherford
Watch your favorite team take the field on one of their indoor or outdoor TVs. During matches, the 5-6-7 Happy Hour menu goes into effect, plus $4 domestic drafts and bottled beer. FYI they’re known for their thin-crust pizza and spicy wings.

Got hungry kids? During USA matches, if the U.S. team wins, everyone in the building gets a free wing card, which you can redeem for a free order of eight bone-in wings! The bar opens early on game days so you don’t miss a kick. The American Bar Bites menu has everything from the rodeo burger to mozzarella wedges to grilled chicken quesadilla to Reese’s peanut butter pie. There’s a full sound system here, which makes you feel close to the action.

Calling itself a “soccer-centric brewery,” the Summer of Soccer will celebrate all 104 matches over 39 days of the tournament. And they’re taking the party outside to the Washington St. Rock Lot with a giant double-sided LED wall on June 19 (USA vs. Australia) and July 19 (The Final).

This season has a USA-themed drink and food menu.

Down on the Fort Monmouth property, there’s a sports bar that has a massive 640-square-foot LED TV wall which make the players look life-sized on screen. Pre-game kickoff parties on the outdoor turf patio include live music.

Known as “the Jersey Shore’s home to soccer,” World Cup watch parties here keep all of the dining rooms, bars and outdoor tent open late. There are beverage carts and trailers spread throughout the tavern’s grounds. On certain days, the party moves out to the parking lot.
