
It’s that time of year when the Easter Bunny will be hopping into towns across the state. Here’s where to get a sweet pic with the Bunny, whether it’s at a classic mall in New Jersey, a local church or during an Easter festival.

Easter Events at Freehold Raceway Mall

Aside from photos with the Easter Bunny (including select nights for pets and for those with sensory sensitivities), there will be KIDZ BOP Bunny dance parties every hour; and a special pottery painting event on March 14 where you can paint PEEPS.

Easter Bunny at Menlo Park Mall
Menlo Park Mall, Edison
The Bunny Photo Experience will be open daily, with Caring Bunny for kids with special needs on March 22, and pet photos on March 15. New this year, KIDZ BOP Bunny Dance Parties are held every hour on the hour, so kids can dance along with the Bunny to upbeat KIDZ BOP hits with easy-to-follow dance moves.

Rolling Railway Easter EGGspress
DiDonato’s Family Fun Center, Hammonton
Hop aboard the train that takes you through the Spring Village. Meet the Easter Bunny, go on an egg hunt, and find your way through the Spring Hedge maze. Kids will get a free snack, plus an Easter prize. There will also be a giant slide and an inflatable 40-foot obstacle course. You can add on a game of bowling, hang out in the arcade, or eat at the Alley Bar & Grille or the Pin Deck. Little Strikes Toy & Candy Shop & DiDonato’s “Bowl-tique” will be open.

MarketFair, Princeton
The Super Bunny Bash Welcome Party on March 14 includes a 47-foot Super Mario-themed obstacle course, color a plush bunny craft, music by DJ Mario, face painting, sweet treats and more. On select nights, the Sensory-Friendly Bunny Experience and pet photos are on the schedule.

Easter Bunny at Newport Centre
Newport Centre, Jersey City
Book a time to see the Easter Bunny for photos, and you can also join the KIDZ BOP dance party. Special events include Caring Bunny for children who are neurodivergent, pet night for your dog, and Breakfast With the Bunny.

Breakfast With the Easter Bunny
The Greene Turtle, North Brunswick
The morning includes breakfast (pancakes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage), crafts, games, prizes for finding the golden egg, and pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Black River and Western Railroad, Flemington
Take a round-trip train ride from Flemington to Ringoes and back. Meet Peter Cottontail aboard the train for a brief photo op. There will be an egg hunt when you stop off in Ringoes.

New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, New Hope, PA
Venture through Bucks County on a 45-minute excursion that starts and ends at New Hope Train Station. The Bunny will stop to greet every passenger, take pictures, and hand out treats.

Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, Freehold Twp.
Inside the parish hall, kids 10 and under can do crafts with the Easter Bunny, play games and take a photo.
Easter Egg Hunt
Manalapan Recreation Center, Manalapan
The morning’s activities include photos with the Easter Bunny, coloring sheets for kids, and an egg hunt on the turf field.

Easter Bunny Express
Woodstown Central Railroad, Woodstown
The vintage train goes through the forests and farmland of historic Salem County before reaching the Easter Bunny’s home at Fenwick Grove. There, kids will hop off for an egg hunt. You can book coach, the caboose or a table car.
Easter Bunny Breakfast and Bunny Trail Brunch
Alstede Farms, Chester
Choose breakfast or brunch, and after you eat and see the Easter Bunny, you get to visit the Springtime & Easter Festival. Activities include hay wagon rides, baby farm animal visits, the Easter Egg Hunt & Bunny Trail Maze, the farm museum, an evergreen maze and the giant hay pyramid. You can also come by on April 6.

The Easter Bunny Train Ride & Easter Egg Hunt
Delaware River Railroad Excursions, Phillipsburg
The route travels along the scenic Delaware River, leaving from the historic district of Phillipsburg, and heading to Carpentersville. When you stop, in front of the 150-year-old lime kilns is a glade filled with Easter eggs. After taking pictures with Mr. Bunny, kids will get their baskets and find the candy-filled eggs.
March 29
Easter Bunny Festival, Pizza Party & Puppy Adoption Event
Blairstown Masonic Lodge, Blairstown
For the free festival, there will be booths set up inside and outside, glitter tattoos, doggy ice cream, coffee trucks, food trucks, slime making, and a bounce house for kids. The ticketed portion includes a pizza party and photo ops with the Easter Bunny. Meet puppies from Cold Nose Warm Heart Rescue.

During brunch, you’ll meet the Easter Bunny and some of his real-life Ambassador Animals from the zoo. Then, visit your favorite exhibits throughout the zoo.

The zoo will become a bunny wonderland over the weekend, with an Easter Bunny Hide and Seek game, scavenger hunt, HOPstacle Course, and entertainment from Let’s Party Events. The Easter Bunny will be ready for photos on Saturday only.
