The soft corn tortilla is filled with your choice of marinated grilled chicken, lamb, pork carnitas, steak or chorizo topped with cilantro, onion and your choice of salsa. If you love traditional street tacos with corn tortillas, TKO is for you. Choose from steak, pastor, carnitas, chicken or Mexican sausage, fish, lengua (tongue), costilla (rib), cabeza (head) (yes, you read that right). The secret behind the two layers of tortillas is so that when the meat falls out of the first, it falls into the second, so you have double the tacos!

Blue Moon Mexican Cafe
327 Franklin Ave., Wyckoff

Baja chicken tacos, brisket tacos and chipotle black bean garden tacos are all great choices here. These babies come three to an order and are served up with Mexican rice and your choice of black or refried beans (yum!).
