Jarana – Inside American Dream, East Rutherford
Chef Jesús Delgado has created a special Peruvian Thanksgiving To-Go Package. The Latin twist includes Pollo a la Brasa, which is chicken marinated for 24 hours in Peruvian spices and roasted in-house; Pastel de Choclo con Carne, a Peruvian corn cake adorned with succulent beef and raisins; Papitas Doradas & Chorizo Gravy, which are roasted fingerling potatoes, sautéed button mushrooms and Peruvian-style sausage gravy; Coles con Chicharrón: sautéed Brussels sprouts paired with crispy pork belly drizzled with aji amarillo honey dressing, and pumpkin tres leches cake. You can add on stewed chicken or beef empanadas, or a serving of crispy yuca fries in Delgado’s signature huancaÃna sauce. The ordering window is open from November 8 to 18.
Jester’s & The Surfing Pig – North Wildwood
The Smoked Turkey Meal will feed a family of 6-8 with its 16-20 lb. turkey (wow!), cornbread sausage stuffing, choice of potatoes, smoked turkey gravy, homemade cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and full apple AND pumpkin pies! Order by Nov. 16 for pickup on Nov. 23. The food will be cold so you’ll have to heat it on Thanksgiving.
Kona Grill – Woodbridge
Kona kicks off its holiday offerings with the Macadamia Nut Turkey, which comes with miso mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, shoyu cream sauce and ginger-yuzu infused cranberry sauce. The Traditional Roasted Turkey is a fun take on a classic dish and adds in brioche stuffing. And don’t forget to order some pumpkin pie.
Kristine’s – Princeton
Kristine’s will be closed on T-Day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t order a full meal ahead of time. For starters, order a cheese and charcuterie plate. Entrees include whole turkey cooked with black truffle butter, stuffed with pear and ground veal, with gravy, haricot verts, ratatouille, potatoes gratin and roasted butternut squash. Or, opt for roasted prime rib on the bone, with herbs de Provence and mustard sauce, with the same sides on the side. You can order bottles of wine as well.
Louie’s by Chef Jason – Robbinsville
Options include cornbread, autumn squash bisque, thyme roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, vodka rigatoni, whipped Jersey potato, traditional stuffing, local seasonal vegetables, gravy, cranberry chutney and assorted pies. Â You can also order a la carte. The meals will be ready on Thanksgiving Day.
Mighty Quinn’s Slow Smoked Barbecue – Clifton, Hoboken, Union
There are menus here for Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving. Choose from pit-roasted turkey, southern cornbread stuffing, mac and cheese and roasted sweet potatoes. You can also order smoked turkey breast, more cornbread, roasted Brussels sprouts, brisket, sausage, spare ribs, Carolina mustard wings, a half-chicken, burnt-end baked beans and cinnamon bun bread.
Mostly Smoked – Manalapan
For a smoky twist to your Turkey Day, order buffalo chicken dip or spinach artichoke dip to start, Nex up is BBQ-inspired egg rolls made with pulled rib and mac & cheese; smoked brisket cheesesteak with smoked queso blanco; or smoked buffalo children with buffalo bleu crema. You can order smoke-fried jumbo chicken wings by the dozen, with a variety of sauces like dry rub, Alabama White or Carolina Gold. Main dishes include honey peppercorn brined smoked turkey breast, cider brined herb and spice crusted smoked pork loin, pulled pork, pulled chicken, Angus beef brisket or St. Louis ribs. On the side, get some cornbread stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, parmesan chive mashed potatoes or smoked baked beans by the pound.
Nunzio by Chef Michael DeLone – Collingswood
This menu of scratch-made food includes entrées like truffle gnocchi, turkey scallopine and baked turkey bolognese; sides including whipped gold potatoes with roasted garlic, beet salad, Italian sausage and broccoli rabe stuffing and butternut squash bisque; and salted caramel budino or pecan pie for dessert. Items are sold ala carte. Each dish serves four to six people. Order through 12 pm November 19 with pickup at the restaurant from 3-7 pm November 22.
Red Horse by David Burke – Rumson

Thanksgiving Dinner For 2 or 4 includes sliced turkey breast, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, crispy Brussels sprouts, string beans and gravy. You can also have potato leek soup, apple arugula salad, Irish soda bread and cranberry sauce a la carte. The menu is available from November 1-22 as dine-in or to-go, but the final order is 6 pm Wednesday, November 22. The pub will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Stage House Tavern – Mountainside, Scotch Plains, Somerset
Whether you’re serving dinner for 4 or 16, your options for the holiday meal include turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, bacon and balsamic brussels sprouts, glazed fall vegetables, candied yams with marshmallows, wild rice with pecans and cranberry, salad, cranberry sauce, ciabatta bread with tapenade, and a pie with a pint of whipped cream.
Tim McLoone’s Supper Club – Asbury Park
You can order a family dinner to feed 4-6 people, including oven-roasted turkey with gravy, homemade stuffing, whipped potatoes, roasted beets and green beans, butternut squash and cranberry sauce. Individual half-pan trays feed 4-6 and include options like turkey, stuffing, mac and cheese, roasted Brussels sprouts, maple Dijon salmon, butternut squash casserole and French fries. Dessert includes apple, pumpkin or pecan pie.

Gobble up these specials for some fine dining at home. If shrimp dumplings, cauliflower pizza, pumpkin ravioli, or cheesy baked asparagus sound appetizing, add them to different types of turkey and other meats you can try.
Bella Italian Pork Store & Catering – Freehold
Thanksgiving dinner includes a cooked oven-roasted turkey (that will have to be reheated), a choice of pasta, a choice of vegetables, a choice of potato, either traditional or sausage stuffing, and an 8-inch apple or pumpkin pie. There are packages that feed 10-12 or 18-20 people. Orders are due by November 20.
Bella Italia Pork Store & Catering – Jackson
Choose from a sliced turkey breast, or a whole turkey weighing anywhere from 12 to 22 pounds. Add on a choice of baked ziti or penne alla vodka, and plain or sausage stuffing. It also includes mashed potatoes, sauteed mixed vegetables, tossed salad, turkey gravy, homemade cranberry sauce and apple pie.
Buddy’s Marketplace – Manalapan
The dinner package includes a tossed salad, homemade turkey gravy, fresh cranberry slices and apple and pumpkin pie to go along with a fully cooked 16-18 pound turkey, full tray of either penne vodka or ravioli marinara, a half-tray of sausage or cranberry vegetable stuffing, a half-tray of broccoli oreganata or string bean almondine, and a half-tray of mashed sweet potatoes or mini potato croquettes. The Small Gathering Package includes a turkey, penne vodka, sausage stuffing, sweet mashed potatoes, and apple and pumpkin pie. Separately, you can order bone-in turkey breast, maple glazed spiral ham or a fully cooked turkey from the Butcher Shop. There are also stuffed peppers, stuffed mushrooms and stuffed artichokes sold a la carte. Orders are due by November 17. All food will be fully cooked and refrigerated, and reheating instructions will be provided.
D’Angelo Italian Market – Freehold
Catering options include whole or carved turkey, sliced ham, homemade turkey gravy, homemade cranberry chutney, a la carte stuffing, a variety of pastas and vegetables, garden or Caesar salad, appetizers like a burrata platter or riceballs, specialty stuffed breads, and oven-ready meats like prime rib or lamb. The deadline to order is November 19. The market will be open from 8 am to 1 pm on Thanksgiving Day.
Feast Catering – Westfield
The Turkey Dinner For 4 includes a quart of pumpkin, chicken noodle or split pea soup; a cooked roast turkey; traditional stuffing; gravy; mashed potatoes; mixed roasted vegetables French beans; and either an apple or a pumpkin pie. You can order soup on the side in the flavors of pumpkin with acorn squash and toasted corn, carrot with ginger and honey, chicken noodle, or split pea. Hors d’oeuvres come in 25 pieces per order and include stuffed mushrooms with brie, crispy pan-fried Asian chicken wontons, coconut shrimp with mango salsa, and mini crab cakes. Orders are due by November 12.
Food Company Catering and Special Events – East Hanover
Choose from fresh vegetable crudite, spiced nuts with savory biscotti, butternut squash risotto cakes and balsamic fig bruschetta as hors d’oeuvres. The main course options include a whole fresh oven-roasted turkey or fresh turkey breast with gravy, classic cranberry sauce, prime rib with garlic horseradish crust, herb-stuffed salmon roulade and Angus beef short ribs. The traditional dinner package includes a half-tray of sliced turkey breast or sliced spiral ham; a half-tray of butternut squash ravioli, mac and cheese, baked ziti or stuffed shells; a half-tray of mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, string bean almondine or creamed spinach; a half-tray of sausage or potato bread stuffing; and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie. This year-round working family farm offers organically-raised meats and sustainably-grown produce, so in November you can reserve and pick up a farm-grown heritage turkey raised on their farm for your Thanksgiving. Turkey pricing starts at $8 per pound, and the average Beach Plum Farm turkey weighs 10-15 pounds. On November 14 and 15, you can book a time slot to select your turkey from the New England Road location. November 18 is Harvest Day, where you can participate in the harvest and prep of the turkey at Beach Plum Farm. Return to Beach Plum on Thursday for turkey pickup.
Cherry Grove Farm – Lawrenceville
Order turkeys by November 10 for pickup starting November 20. Weights come in 8-12 pounds, 12-16 pounds and 20-24 pounds. You can choose from organic or non-organic. Turkeys are sourced from Lancaster Farm Fresh in Pennsylvania.
Lee Turkey Farm – East Windsor
The seven-generation family farm has been raising turkeys for 80 years, about 3,000 turkeys annually are sold directly from the farm market. You can order in advance, or stop by on Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving when the turkeys will be sold first come, first-served.
