A new ice cream shop in Monmouth County that’s open till midnight is bringing big sundaes, custom creations and late-night dessert runs to Red Bank. The Scoop N Scootery opened last month – the company’s first New Jersey location – and ice cream fans are already lined up around the block on the daily.

A big draw is the Customization Station, where you use a video screen to pick from dozens of flavors and toppings. Choose from flavors like campfire s’mores, fluffernutter, blueberry swirl and black raspberry. Then add on chocolate flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, pie crust, Nutella sauce, apple pie and dozens of other toppings.
