Your kids can start the new year off with their favorite animated heroes.
Disney on Ice: Find Your Hero comes to Prudential Center for a series of shows this month.
During the show, classic Disney heroes like Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy will join newer favorites like Anna and Elsa, Moana and the cast of Encanto. All the characters show courage, determination and heart, as a hero should. Just like in the movies, Mirabel will use her gifts to save her family, Moana goes on a voyage with to save her island, and Anna, Elsa and Olaf go through snowy mountains to protect their kingdom. Ariel will go under the sea to find true love, Rapunzel wants to explore life outside her castle and Belle tries to tame the Beast.
The movie scenes come to life through beautiful costumes and set designs, lots of special effects, plus very professional figure skating.
The shows in Newark are at 7 pm Jan. 11 and 12; 11 am, 3 pm and 7 pm Jan. 13; 12 pm and 4 pm Jan. 14; and 1 pm Jan. 15. The Prudential Center is located at 25 Lafayette Center.
