Parades are always a great time for families, but when you mix in holiday lights, Santa Claus and the occasional tree lighting, too, you’re sure to have an awesome night out with the fam.
November 25
Santa Lights Up Dune Drive
Dune Drive from 80th Street to 7th Street, Avalon
Santa returns for a very special appearance this year. He and many of his special friends will pass by during this festive holiday parade. Santa will then help borough officials officially light up the annual holiday display for the season.
Holiday Parade
Hasbrouck Heights
The annual parade, sponsored by the Hasbrouck Heights Chamber of Commerce, starts at Williams Avenue and ends at the Traffic Circle. There will be music, food trucks and vendors along the route before and after the marching. The traditional Christmas tree lighting will take place at the traffic circle afterward.
Holiday Express Concert & Light Up
Throughout Red Bank
The fun starts at 5:30 pm at the Two River Theater plaza for the Town Lighting pre-show. The crowd will be entertained by local acts offering holiday music and dance. Then, Santa Claus will lead the parade down Monmouth and Broad streets to the concert site. Holiday Express will once again rock the streets with holiday favorites and a countdown leading to the moment the downtown is illuminated with thousands of beautiful holiday lights. The Red Bank Fire Department will be on hand with free hot chocolate.

Collingswood Holiday Parade

The parade features lively seasonal entertainment, including marching bands, dancers, holiday characters, giants on stilts, floats, mummers, sports mascots and live music.

Tractor Parade With Santa & Friends
Coombs Barnyard, Elmer
The winter tractor parade along will include a special visit from Santa Claus. Stay at the farm and enjoy snacks and crafts for kids and adults.
November 27
Winter Festival Parade
Downtown Metuchen
The parade steps off from the Halsey Street parking lot and proceeds down Wernik Place to Main Street to New Street to the Borough Plaza. A tree lighting will take place immediately following the parade with remarks from Mayor Jonathan Busch and a performance by Rise Up Chorus. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the plaza to meet all the kids after the tree lighting.
November 30
Holiday Car Parade, Tree Lighting, Menorah Lighting
Veterans Park to Community Center, Monroe Twp.
Decorate your vehicle and join the holiday car parade coordinated and led by Monroe Township Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1. Afterward, gather for Christmas tree and menorah lightings.

The Guild of Clinton hosts this annual parade beginning at 7 pm.

There will be walking units, floats, musical acts, cars and cheer/dance teams taking part in the festivities.
Greater Wildwood Jaycees Christmas Parade
Central Avenue, North Wildwood Recreation Center to Byrne Plaza
Awards will be announced for floats. Stay afterward as the decorated business lighting contest takes place.
December 3
Holiday Lights Parade
Somerville
Firefighters from throughout NJ will escort Santa in the annual Somerville parade. Prizes given out for the best decorated fire and emergency vehicles, personal floats vehicle, and best decorated houses and/or businesses in Somerville.
Home for the Holidays Parade
Downtown Westwood
The beloved parade will be hitting the streets again with all the lights, music and magic of the holiday season. This year’s theme is Music Through the Ages in honor of the 100th anniversary of Westwood’s Historic Bandstand. Home for the Holidays takes place all day long with shopping, events and dining. The parade begins at 6 pm with a visit from Santa Claus. The tree lighting takes place immediately following the parade.

Toy Truck Parade
Scottish Rite Auditorium, Collingswood
Decorate your family’s car, truck or SUV and fill the trunk with toys! You’ll drive from Collingswood to Pennsauken, led by grand marshal Randy Houser, a country music star. Plus, on-air personalities from 92.5 FM will judge the vehicles! This is a fundraiser for The Liberty United Service Organization (USO) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Camden County.
