There’s a whole new Florida attractions to add to your fam’s vacay bucket list. Universal Orlando Resort just announced plans for a new park, Epic Universe, this morning.

Universal’s twitter account tweeted, “Our Universe is expanding. See concept art for Universal’s #EpicUniverse.” The tweet also has a 10-second video showing the Epic Universe logo. Speculation about the park has been buzzing thanks to leaks from a presentation earlier this year.

In a video by Attractions Magazine of the announcement, its revealed that Universal’s Epic Universe will span 750 acres east of Universal Boulevard (it’s just about 12 minutes away from the current parks). Universal is hoping to add a train stop between the parks.

The park will boast its own hotels, shops, restaurants and entertainment. As for the lands and characters coming to the park, it hasn’t been announced yet for competitive reasons; but rumor has it Jurassic Park, Nintendo, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and How to Train Your Dragon attractions may be in the works.
