Big Apple Circus Is Coming to New York City for the Holidays

This season's show is a mix of New York City and European circus traditions

The circus is coming to New York City! The Big Apple Circus announced a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Europe’s Andy Warhol-approved Circus-Theater Roncalli for its upcoming 2023 season.

This all-new show, “Journey to the Rainbow,” blends New York City’s hometown circus with European circus traditions. More than 30 artists from all over the world will perform in costumes specially designed for the show, and there will be a live orchestra of eight musicians. “Journey to the Rainbow ” will run for 8 weeks only from November 8 through January 1, 2024, under the Big Top at Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park. General on-sale begins Tuesday, September 26 at 10 a.m.
