It’s official! Trader Joe’s is set to open its 16th location in NJ in Bridgewater.
The specialty grocery store known for faves like TJ’s own Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, Pumpkin Butter and Macaroni and Cheese Bites, is finally setting roots in the Somerset County township. The store will officially open this Friday, November 1.
The new store, which will be about 13,000 square feet, will be located between Costco and Old Navy in the Bridgewater Promenade shopping center. After Golfsmith closed its doors, rumors of a speciality grocery store opening in its place circulated through town.
The store will be open from 8 am-9 pm seven days a week but will not sell alcohol. So if you need to grab a battle of Two-Buck Chuck (a bottle costs more than $2 now), you’ll need to head the chain’s Princeton or Westfield stores.
The new store is now hiring crew members in Bridgewater. Follow along for the latest on this gem’s anticipated opening at the Trader Joe’s store opening page.
