Spring break is almost here, and if you’re looking for something fun to do with the kids that feels a little different, Netflix House: Philadelphia is worth checking out.

Located inside the King of Prussia Mall, Netflix House is a huge immersive space where you can step into the worlds of some of your favorite Netflix shows. There’s a lot going on, which is part of what makes it so fun. You can try virtual reality, play mini golf, eat at Netflix Bites, shop for merch, take photos and just walk around and explore.

It’s also a permanent attraction and free to enter, which makes it an easy outing to commit to, even if you don’t want to book any experiences in advance. You only need tickets for certain attractions, so you can still stop by, look around and enjoy parts of it without fully committing. That flexibility makes it a great option during spring break.

One of the things that stood out most to me was how cool everything looked. The decorations were amazing, and it really felt like you were stepping into different shows. I loved that there was so much to explore, even just walking around. As a Stranger Things fan, my favorite part was definitely the VR experience. It felt surreal in the best way.

The V/RTUALS experience lets you enter virtual worlds inspired by Netflix shows and movies like Stranger Things, Squid Game and Rebel Moon. Once you put the gear on, it really does feel like you’re somewhere else.

Netflix Bites is another fun part of the experience. The food and drinks are inspired by Netflix shows and movies, and you don’t need tickets or reservations to eat there. There are appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks, so it works whether you want a full meal or just want to stop in for a snack.

There’s also Top 9 Mini Golf, which has themed holes based on Netflix favorites like Is It Cake?, Floor Is Lava, Squid Game and more. It feels more playful than regular mini golf, especially for kids who already know the shows.

The TUDUM Theater is another area to check out. It’s a 229-seat theater that hosts screenings and fan events. Right now, through April 5, they’re showing the K-pop Demon Hunters sing-along, and WWE Raw plays there every Monday night.

Some of the featured experiences are especially fun for spring break. If your kids are into spooky things, Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts turns the space into a dark carnival inspired by Nevermore Academy, with more than 10 carnival-style games and hidden quests throughout.

For ONE PIECE fans, there’s ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit, an escape room-style adventure where you move through themed rooms, solve puzzles and follow clues. There’s also a limited-time VIP ticket available through April 12. It includes priority entry, behind-the-scenes access to the ONE PIECE experience, a themed drink from Netflix Bites and exclusive merch. The VIP ticket costs $99 on weekdays and $109 on weekends.

There’s also a spring break ticket bundle deal running through April 12. Groups of four to eight people can save up to $24 on tickets for featured experiences, including ONE PIECE and Wednesday.
Another helpful detail: there are two ways to get in. One entrance is inside the mall, and the other is a street entrance on the south side of King of Prussia.

I liked Netflix House because it didn’t feel like the same old outing. It had a lot going on, but in a fun way, and it really did feel immersive without being overwhelming. Whether you want to spend the whole day there or just stop in and explore for a bit while you’re at the mall, it’s a fun spring break option that feels different from the usual.
