Diane Bowser, owner of The Learning Express (3056 Rte. 10 W., Denville; 973-366-2800; learningexpress.com) says, "These remote control minions are about two feet tall and really fun. They spin 360 degrees and even correct themselves when they topple over.”

Jenny Robertson, owner of Big Fun Toys (locations in Hoboken, Manasquan and Point Pleasant; bigfuntoys.com) says, "There are a lot of new, cool STEM products coming out this year I’m really excited about, particularly Roominate’s line (including their DIY Townhouse, $39.99, roominatetoy.com), which teaches kids engineering."
