State-of-the-Art Care
The seven pediatric orthopedic surgeons, pediatric podiatrist and nationally-certified orthopedic physician assistant at The Pediatric Orthopedic Center are all fellowship trained in nationally and internationally recognized programs. The training at these world class centers allow the physicians to provide state-of-the-art care using the most advanced diagnostic tools including the only low-dose X-ray EOS imaging machine in northern New Jersey. The doctors always use techniques and equipment that expedite care and recovery from injury with enhanced safety such as the firefly system during spinal surgery.
Pioneers in Orthopedic Care
Dr. Rieger was the first division chief of Pediatric Orthopedics at Morristown Medical Center, was the first doctor in New Jersey to be certified in the Ponseti technique for non-operative clubfoot treatment and performed the first endoscopic spine surgery in New Jersey. The practice was the first in the state to perform hip ultrasound to evaluate hip dysplasia.
