Hallmark Channel plays 24/7 in many U.S. homes this time of year, and it’s no wonder why. With new and previously released Christmas and Hanukkah movies playing round-the-clock, these films have made us feel like celebrating the holiday season since October.
If you’re one of the millions of fans who’s been tuned in to movies like “Noel Next Door,” “A Cozy Christmas Inn” or “All Saints Christmas,” you’ll be thrilled to know that Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm in Manalapan will host two weekends of in-person Hallmark fun!
At Anne Ellen’s, after your family picks out your perfect precut or live Christmas tree, you can take lots of Countdown to Christmas-themed photos. Staff will be distributing Hallmark Channel giveaways such as candy canes and sticker sheets, programming guides with Countdown to Christmas information and free hot chocolate while supplies last. Randomly selected visitors will be gifted a free Christmas tree, courtesy of Hallmark Channel.
This is the second year Hallmark Channel is bringing its movies to holiday lovers. There are eight farms across the country hosting these events, but other than Shady Brook Farm in Yardley, PA, none are close by, so it’s worth the trip to Monmouth County!
Experience the joy of Countdown to Christmas in person Nov. 25-27 and Dec. 3-4 at Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm, 114 Daum Road, Manalapan. The farm (with all its activities) will be open from 9 am – 8 pm. There is no admission charge.
This season, Anne Ellen will also offer its annual walk-thru holiday lights experience on select days through Dec. 30. From 5 – 9 pm. Bundle up the kids for the hayride that will take you all from The Village through the farm to see a life-sized gingerbread house and igloo, post office to mail letters to Santa, and concession stands to get hot cocoa.
Fans of Hallmark will also have a blast at Christmas Con, presented by That’s 4 Entertainment Dec. 9 – 11 at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center in Edison. Only select tickets are left for a weekend filled with Christmas movie star meet-and-greets, photo ops, panel discussions, a tree lighting ceremony, carolers, an ugly sweater contest, a gingerbread competition and of course, tons of Instagram-worth photo ops. It’s the best way to get up close and personal with all your favorite holiday movie stars!
