The second annual Soar & Shore Airshow will fly over Atlantic City next week, bringing free fun to the Jersey Shore.

Visit Atlantic City and Herb Gillen Airshows designed this as the unofficial summer kickoff in AC, happening right after Memorial Day. Pilots from the United States Air Force F-22 Raptor and the U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II Demo Team will be the headlining acts.

Other airshow demos include:
- USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team
- USMC F-35B Lightning II Demo Team – capable of supersonic speeds of Mach 1.6 and can deploy in environments without full-length runways

- USAF F-16C Fighting Falcons from 177th Fighter Wing – America’s single-engine supersonic multirole fighter aircraft
- The Soviet-made MiG 17F – a formidable foe during the height of the Cold War

- Wolf Pitts Pro – Paul Bennet – a high energy, engine screaming display of precision aerobatics
- Warbird Thunder – features the aerobatics of the SNJ Texan, a former World War II Navy Advanced Training Aircraft
- Wingwalker Sam – Samantha Tryggvason’s spectacular smoke-on aerobatic performance of the ultimate “trust walk” across the wings

The Soar & Shore Airshow Presented by Visit Atlantic City is scheduled for May 29 to 31 along the beaches of Atlantic City. The event begins around 12 pm and ends around 3 pm each day, weather-permitting. Admission is free.

You can also reserve Premium Seating in luxury catered tents, but tickets are limited and prices will increase as more are sold.
