Get ready for the ultimate Jurassic adventure starting this month at Six Flags Great Adventure! The World’s Ultimate Thrill Park is launching Six Flags Xpedition Dino from May 28 through September 7. Guests will have a roaring good time as they drive their own vehicles or walk through this amazing adventure featuring 30 life-sized dinosaurs with realistic movement and sound.
During the day, Xpedition Dino is an add-on to the Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure where you can drive past life-sized roaring dinos or walk on a wooded path amongst the dinos and stream a custom soundtrack to your experience from a mobile device.
After the safari closes each day, Xpedition Dino becomes an educational and thrilling add-on to the theme park including a wooded walk-through adventure amongst the dinosaurs, detailed information at each dino and, of course, memorable photo ops.
Visitors will see 30 different types of dinosaurs including:
- Tyrannosaurus (T. Rex)
- Triceratops
- Brachiosaurus
- Megalosaurus
- Utahraptor
- Iguanodon
The cost for Xpedition Dino is a $5 upcharge to memberships, season passes and daily tickets. There is an “add ons” section when you purchase your tickets, membership or season pass. The walk-through can also be purchased at the park in a gift shop near the Xpedition Dino. Get your tickets by making advance reservations at Six Flags.
