Point Pleasant is making a big splash this summer with new attractions and an expanded beach area.

Jenkinson's Boardwalk

We don’t need to tell you how awesome Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant is but we do have a news flash about how much better it’s going to get this summer! Jenks is getting pumped for summer with three all-new rides for your kiddos.

  • The Tidal Wave, a spinning family coaster that’ll serve as Jenk’s main attraction once it opens. Spin for two minutes at 20 miles an hour with your whole crew. It’ll also be replacing the Flitzer Roller Coaster, and boasts a surf/beach theme that the shore is famous for.

  • The Fun Slide, perfect for little adrenaline junkies. Zip down this massive three-lane slide on burlap sacks side-by-side with the kids.

  • Flying Buccaneers, a new adventure for your littlest swashbucklers. Hit the kiddie section of the amusement park to soar.

In even more exciting news for us, Jenkinson’s has added brandy-new changing rooms, showers and concessions. And the beach will be even bigger than last year, thanks to a south end expansion.

The amusement park opens the weekend of April 13, while the beach season kicks off on Memorial Day weekend. Head to jenkinsons.com or call 732-892-0600 for more details.
