The Kraft Group provides customized, compassionate counseling for individuals, couples and families. With more than 25 years of experience, founder and executive director Leigh Kolodny-Kraft offers an alternative to the traditional model of mental health and addiction treatment at her award-winning practice. The practice’s multi-specialty team works together to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. “Everyone on our team has the highest level of training, so we take a detailed, integrative and strength-based approach with an emphasis on the person as a whole to help clients accept, heal and move forward,” she says.

The therapists are easily accessible and offer sessions in-person, virtually and on-location. The office features welcoming, comfortable spaces for art, play and movement therapies. The practice provides complete wraparound care for all clients.

“We don’t see people as a diagnosis or use cookie-cutter treatment plans,” she says. “We’re results-focused and help clients tap into their strengths to empower them to reach their goals.”

“Cassandra has been seeing my grandchildren and myself for the last 6 months. Her compassion and ability to connect with these children, one of whom is autistic, is unsurpassed. She has led the 6-year old to a greater understanding of her siblings abilities and helped her find ways to deal with him.She has also worked with them on trauma issues in a sensitive and knowledgeable way. I would highly recommend her to anyone!” – K.D., Pompton Plains

“It is very hard to find a therapist who is good with kids and adolescents because many just act like a playmate and no real progress is made or they work well with the child but don’t help the family dynamics. I found that Leigh worked very well with my teenager who needed someone he felt safe with so he could deal with things he needed to deal with but also was able to get him to really make progress both in therapy and at home. She also helped my husband and I with the dynamics between him and his sister and helped us work with him and deal with behavioral issues in a more productive way. We have never felt so much trust in another provider as we do with Leigh.” – S.B., Livingston
