You’ve seen their commercials, probably hummed their catchy theme song and drooled while browsing at throw pillows and light fixtures on their website. And now, you can actually see Wayfair’s custom-made furniture and home goods in person.
A new Wayfair pop-up shop is open at the Westfield Garden State Plaza (near Lord & Taylor) in Paramus, and will be open during normal mall business hours.
Besides the swoon-worthy decor on display, the pop-up shop will also have on-site interior design professionals and customer service reps to help you plan your home improvement projects. They’ll know which couch pairs well with those freshly painted gray walls. There’s also a “how-to” station, where you can check out more than 100 fabric swatches, customize furniture and place orders. The key here is to figure out exactly what works in your house, and then make your purchases on wayfair.com (with next-day and two-day delivery). Gift cards and small items will be available at the store.
“For the first time ever, shoppers will be able to step into the world of Wayfair,” says Wayfair’s chief product and marketing officer, Ed Marcri. “We’re excited to connect with shoppers face-to-face and introduce them to the endless possibilities in shopping for home.”
You can see what decor—furniture, pillows, rugs, bedroom, bathroom, seasonal, kitchen, lighting and more—is available through the Wayfair website.
This will be one of only two pop-ups in the country (the other in Massachusetts). The shop will stick around until January 2, 2019.
