Getting hurt or sick can be a scary time for your child—and for you! Where they get treated doesn’t have to be. PM Pediatrics is more specialized than traditional urgent care, and ready to treat your child like a child… not a little adult. In fact, our physicians are Pediatric Emergency Specialists who have 16 times more pediatric training than most other urgent care doctors.

PM Pediatrics is a trusted alternative to the Emergency Department and convenient, too. Centrally located and with ample parking, our New Jersey offices in Holmdel, Livingston, Paramus, Springfield, North Brunswick—and new Clifton location at 780 Route 3 West—are open every day until midnight so you can get your child the best urgent care as soon as possible, as easily as possible. Traveling? We have several locations throughout New York, Maryland and Massachusetts!

Over One Million Patients Treated—from Cradle to College

Founded and led by board-certified pediatric emergency physicians and pediatricians, parents have trusted PM Pediatrics for over 12 years. We specialize in treating pediatric patients of all ages—from cradle through college—for a broad range of illnesses and injuries including asthma, fever, infections, dehydration, abdominal pain, earaches, fractures, wounds requiring stitches and more. At PM Pediatrics, your child will be seen quickly, with wait times that are shorter than traditional urgent care and emergency departments. Every location has an X-ray and lab on site, and we accept most insurance plans. No referral or appointment is necessary: Simply walk in!

Kid-friendly and State-of-the-art

Each PM Pediatrics office is equipped with appropriately sized, state-of-the-art equipment and a comforting office environment tailored for pediatric patients. Every location features a fun theme. You may find yourself in the Wild West, a jungle or a medieval castle—like our new Clifton location. Our digital X-rays are reviewed by a board-certified pediatric radiologist and can be easily downloaded or shared with your child’s pediatrician or orthopedist. Our lab provides complete blood, urine and chemistry workups, as well as immediate results for a vast array of rapid diagnostic tests including strep, RSV, mononucleosis, influenza and more. We may start your child’s treatment immediately with an initial medicine dose and, if necessary, we provide referrals and have access to specialists, like plastic surgeons and orthopedists.

Medical Expertise. Mom Advice.

But our commitment to your child’s health doesn’t end when you leave one of our offices. As a parent, pediatrician and pediatric emergency physician, Dr. Christina Johns, our Senior Medical Advisor, shares her own expertise and the wealth of knowledge of the PM Pediatrics staff with patients and families everywhere. Dr. Christina completed her pediatric residency at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Children’s National Medical Center.
