Fans of Smorgasburg rejoiced last year when the open-air food market made its debut in Jersey City. With tons of local vendors offering interesting bites and drinks from around the world, there’s no better way to start your weekend. Now the good times and good eats will return starting April 2, 2022 and will run every Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm on Harborside Place in Exchange Place.

Smorgasburg, which began as an offshoot of the Brooklyn Flea in 2011, currently has locations in Williamsburg in Brooklyn, Prospect Park in Brooklyn, in Manhattan at the Oculus at the World Trade Center, in Los Angeles and in Jersey City. Smorgasburg also operates annual pop-ups in Osaka, Japan and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

From Indian street food to traditional American eats to gourmet ice cream, there’s definitely something for everyone to love at this incredible market. Oh and did we mention there are also adult beverages for the grownups available?

While folks have found the long lines frustrating in the past, this year, the problem will be solved as customers can now order food via Uber Eats to skip the lines.

Whether you want tacos, dumplings or oysters, you won’t be disappointed with a trip to Smorgasburg.
