Various artists work on thousands of orange beauties to make this traveling showcase happen. Historic West Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, PA is one of four homes to this special spectacle this fall. It’s an intimate experience, since only a certain number of guests are allowed to enter at a time, and there are limited tix for each time slot. The ⅓ mile trail will have your kids mesmerized for 30-45 minutes by themed sections, such as Winter Wonderland and Under the Sea (and politics and sports for the adults). The Glow is at West Fairmount Park at 5201 Parkside Avenue. Tickets are $22.99 for adults and $16.99 for kids ages 3-12, but prices vary on weekends. Click here for tickets.
More than 7,000 brightly-lit masterpieces can be found at this next-level display in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Every pumpkin at this Westchester gem is carved onsite by a team of highly talented gourd artists. Take the kids down Pumpkin Promenade, spot a huge glowing sea serpent made of pumpkins next to the river and gaze up at the Pumpkin Planetarium. Don’t miss the clowns, animals, circus train or activities. The Blaze is located at 525 S. Riverside Avenue. Tickets are $23 for adults, $17 for kids during the week and $29/adults and $22/kids on weekends. on Fridays through Sundays. Weekends sell out fast so be sure to reserve asap to secure your spot.
