If you’ve been feeling the void of watching the excitement that comes from running through the aisles of a gigantic Toys “R” Us store looking for just the right thing, American Dream has some great news. A new two-story Toys “R” Us flagship store will have its grand opening inside the mega shopping and entertainment complex this month.
The two-story toy store spans 20,000 square feet and is located right next to Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park and DreamWorks Water Park. It also marks the return of a national flagship Toys “R” Us.
The new store will be reminiscent of the Toys R Us experience you remember from back in the day—or from when you may have visited the former flagship in Times Square known for its amazing Ferris wheel. Kids can meet Geoffrey the Giraffe, try out some interactive experiences and see product demos. They can also visit Geoffrey’s Café and ice cream parlor and slide down a two-story slide.

Earlier this year, Toys “R” Us opened its digital flagship store with Macy’s. There are more than 400 Toys “R” Us shop-in-shops slated to open inside Macy’s stores across the country in 2022.
