Always, think of dates that are when best for you and your family travel. The sooner you put a trip on hold with a deposit it locks in the price. Adventures by Disney uses demand-based pricing so as the adventures fill up the price can go up and sometimes it can happen overnight especially with a popular destinations such as Egypt and Japan.
