A 200,000-square-foot open-air Halloween playground is coming to New Jersey this fall and tickets are expected to go fast. You can now make reservations for Haunt O’ Ween New Jersey, which will take over Bell Works in Holmdel from Sept. 30 – Oct. 31.
This new immersive attraction will feature performances, games, rides, photo ops and more spooky fun as Bell Works is transformed into the Town of Haunt O’ Ween, Ghoul City, the Farm House and Hidden Hollows. There will be 25 live character performers across nine different “worlds.”
The kids will love trick-or-treating at Haunt O’Ween (organizers spent almost $1 million on candy!), dancing at the Beyond the Grave Rave, having their faces painted, jumping around in the bounce houses, riding the slide, carving pumpkins and watching stunt performances.
Come in costume and be sure to take lots of photos amid thousands of pumpkins that will decorate the former Bell Labs space. For some extra fun, make your own potions at the Moonlight Magic DIY Potion Bar. There will also be lots of “treats” at the restaurants that occupy the Bell Works space.
Haunt O’ Ween will be held Fridays – Sundays, Sept. 30 – Oct. 30, plus Oct. 26, Oct. 27 and Oct. 31. Hours are 4 – 10 pm Fridays (plus special nights Wed., Oct. 26, Thurs., Oct. 27 and Sun., Oct. 31) and 1 – 9 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Bell Works is located at 101 Crawfords Corner Rd. in Holmdel. There is no time limit so you and your crew can stay as long as you dare! Tickets start at $40; children under 2 are free.
