Set in a beautiful wooded area, this nighttime illuminated trail experience will feature special effects Potter fans will recognize from the books and movies. Along the trail, they’ll encounter mystical creatures such as Hippogriffs, Centaurs, unicorns, and Nifflers and practice casting their own spells, like making a Patronus appear before their eyes!

Visitors will also get to experience a themed village at the end of the trail featuring food and drink plus a gift shop packed with merch from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies. The outdoor experience is said to be appropriate for all ages (those 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult since they may be spooked by some of the nighttime encounters). Located on the grounds of FDR State Park, the Forbidden Forest experience will be set up along the wooded trails of the estate and will be open only in the evenings.
