Emlen Physick Estate, the town’s original haunted house, should be at the top of your list. Explore the property and learn about Victorian superstitions and spiritualism, plus modern ghost hunting methods. Hop a lift on a signature trolley for Ghosts of Cape May or Ghosts of the Lighthouse Trolley Tours, based on the findings of psychic medium Craig McManus.
East Brunswick Ghost Walk
Come take a guided lantern walking tour with actual paranormal investigators in the quiet little village in the Old Bridge historical district of East Brunswick, NJ (meets at Playground on Kossman Street). Book tickets in advance.
Ghosts & Legends of the Downtown

14th Annual Woodbridge Ghost Walk
On October 9, this 50-minute excursion is jam-packed with fiction, fun and facts as you hear stories “from the ghosts themselves” (that is, from costumed actors). Tickets are available starting at 5:30 pm, and small group tours begin every 15 minutes.
Bergen County Tours
Join for Haunted Allendale: Mobsters and Monsters, a one mile walk where guests will relive a Prohibition era car bombing and an alien invasion, Haunted Allendale: Harm Near the Celery Farm, an educational yet scary walk or Haunted Ho-Ho-Kus: Flood of Nightmares, where you’ll relive the terrors of an 1882 dam collapse.
