"We are not a factory,” says Dr. Neelam Khadke, who’s board certified in pediatrics. The family-oriented practice takes a one-on-one approach with patients to deliver personalized treatment.
“Every time I make a decision for a patient, I ask myself if it’s something I would do for my own child,” says the mother of two.
The practice offers allergy testing and medical ear piercing for all age groups. “This year, a family visiting from Boston apparently heard great things about us and got their daughter’s ears pierced,” she says. Dr. Khadke has more than 11 years of experience treating children in both outpatient and inpatient settings. A fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Khadke earned her medical degree in India and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Toledo.
“There’s nothing more rewarding than the smile on a child’s face when they leave our office,” she says.
Dr. Khadke is a such a great doctor because she is the perfect combination of knowledge and personality. Many times you will find a doctor that has one or the other, but she has both! She has an extensive knowledge base and is able to diagnose, treat and care for my children. She also has a caring and open personality that welcomes you into the office.
