It’s peony season, which means now’s the time to see these stunners in fields, but you’ll have to do it soon since the season lasts just about 3 weeks.
Since it’s so hot, the flowers at Long Valley Peonies may only be available for the next 10 to 12 days. The season opens on Friday, May 24, and lasts until the blooms fade away.
Make plans to walk around fragrant fields. You can’t cut or pick the flowers, but you can take lots of selfies.
Long Valley Peonies is located at 227 W. Mill Rd., Long Valley in Morris County. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm on weekends, including Memorial Day. The cost is $10 per person.
