We’re totally obsessed with our fur babies! Kick off the new year by bringing them all to the Super Pet Expo, where your kids and leashed pets are welcome to wander around the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison during a full weekend of fun in January.

SUPER PET EXPO

As you walk around, stop by the 100 exhibitors addressing pet adoption, pet care and health, grooming, food and daycare, creative pet gifts, treats, fashion, grooming accessories and toys – for everything from dogs to cats to reptiles to insects to arachnids.

There are tons of things for pets to do, too. Cheer them on at a derby race, sit by as they make new friends at the puppy playground, try to find them in a ball pit of 5,000 balls, watch them strut their stuff in doggie fashions along the Celebrity Catwalk, or laugh as they chase a fake rabbit along the lure course.

You can get your dog microchipped at the Garden State Animal Rescue Center booth, where your pup will be registered for life, without any further renewal required. The permanent pet tracking info can’t be lost, worn out or damaged.

SUPER PET EXPO / Magnolia Harter

On Saturday, meet 13-year-old Magnolia Harter, who lost her dog Crosby to cancer. She raises money for cancer research by baking dog treats called Crosby’s Crunchies. You may have seen her in DOGTV’s documentary, “Magnolia Makes a Difference.”
