After a full day of camping, you’re likely exhausted and the last thing you want to worry about is making treats for meal time. But these are fun, easy and delicious options that the whole family can help create.
Campfire Cinnamon Rolls
These can double as both breakfast and dessert, and are a great on-the-go option for your hikes in the woods. To make this yummy treat, all you need are canned cinnamon rolls and a wood stick about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Wash the stick (or bring s’more skewers), wrap an individual roll around it and cook it over the fire. Spin it around until the entire roll is golden brown and then peel it off the stick. For the final step, add frosting from the can for some extra sweetness!

Peanut Butter Celery Sticks
These pre-dipped celery sticks are the perfect portable snack for when you’re exploring the great outdoors. Simply fill an empty jar with an inch or two of creamy peanut butter and cut up celery sticks. Dip them into the peanut butter and you’re ready to go. The best part? No mess and no sticky fingers!

Banana Split Campfire-Style
Introducing a banana boat that is ice cream-free and still packed with sweetness! Cut a banana (with the peel on) lengthwise, leaving about half an inch on each end to form a pocket.
Put about a teaspoon of chocolate chips and a tablespoon of marshmallows inside the pocket. Grab heavy-duty foil (about four pieces) and shape them around the banana to form a little boat. Be sure to cover the top as well. Place the banana on the coals for a few minutes until the marshmallows melt and then enjoy.

Curly Dogs
These hot dogs are a quick dinner choice that the kids will love to make. You'll need skewers, a can of dinner rolls to cook and hotdogs. Roll the thawed dough into a rope, and wrap it around a hot dog. Be sure the ends of the dough are secure and don’t come loose. Skewer the dogs and roast them over the fire. When the dogs and the dough become a golden brown, they are roasted and ready to eat.

Campfire Ice Cream Cone
The campfire cone is a camping treat that is so tasty and simple it could possibly become more popular than the iconic s’more itself. Stuff this cone with classic s’more ingredients or ingredients of your choice.
You can start with chocolate chips and marshmallows, but you can also line the cone with peanut butter or fruit. Anything goes in a campfire cone! Once you decide on your mix, wrap each cone in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place them on the coals in the campfire. Wait 3-5 minutes, then unwrap them for some gooey goodness.

Walking Tacos
The worst part about a taco? The mess, especially while you are camping and worried about attracting critters. With Walking Tacos, that mess is eliminated by keeping all of the tasty ingredients contained in a disposable Fritos bag and eating with a plastic fork.
To make: brown a pound of beef and ½ cup of sautéed onions until they are soft. Add taco seasoning and ½ cup of water to the mix, and simmer this until everything is absorbed. Crush the chips in your Fritos bag and add the meat. Then add the toppings, like black beans, shredded cheese, salsa, tomato and more!

Cereal On-the-Go
If your family needs a quick breakfast option before a long day of hiking, line a Solo cup with a Ziploc bag and fill it with your choice of cereal. Bring a box of Parmalat milk (doesn’t need to be refrigerated!), and your breakfast is made.
