Foodies across the Garden State, take note! March is Restaurant Month in Flemington and with nearly 50 restaurants participating there’s a dining experience to suit every palate. Visit a favorite local spot or discover a new place during the month-long festivities. Instead of the traditional restaurant week, Flemington is going all in with a full month of dining deals to encourage you to come out and eat with friends and family. Not only will you have the chance to discover new culinary delights, you can also participate in Restaurant Bingo to win prizes. Hosted by Historic Flemington and the Flemington Community Partnership (FCP) it’s definitely going to be a fun month for all who come out and play.
“We are delighted to host Restaurant Month in Flemington,” said Robin Lapidus, FCP Executive Director. “It’s the perfect time to gather friends and family and explore Flemington’s amazing array of dining choices and have the chance to win wonderful Flemington prizes.”
Diners can traverse the town with their Restaurant Bingo Boards and mark their boards with each spot they visit (a selfie works as proof of visit!). Once restaurant-goers have marked five restaurants in a row on their card, they can submit their boards and photos for a chance to win a weekly prize of a $50 gift certificate to their favorite restaurant. A grand prize winner also will be drawn April 6 for a gift certificate package valued at $250 with a bonus prize for the best selfie.
Some of the participating restaurants include Teaberry’s Tea Room, an authentic English tea house in a grand Victorian home, Matt’s Red Rooster Grill, serving contemporary American cuisine prepared over a wood fired grill and the uber hip Stangl Farmer’s Market.
