Thank you for being a friend! Fans of “The Golden Girls” hit TV show are in for a treat, including cheesecake. The Golden Girls Kitchen Pop-Up is now open in NYC. Here for 12 weeks only at the Seaport, guests can immerse themselves in the world of the iconic comedy show, dining in the girls’ kitchen and visiting other memorable sets from the show including the Rusty Anchor Bar where you can order cocktails and mocktails with names like “The Dorothy” and the “Nylund Negroni.”
There will be a full kitchen for guests to dine on dishes such as Sophia’s Lasagna Al Forno (meat or veg), The Lanai, a “Miami style” Cuban sandwich with fries and of course a variety of cheesecake options including chocolate, strawberry, pumpkin and Oreo.
There will also be plenty of photo ops for fans including the chance to snap a pic in Blanche’s Boudoir, complete with shag carpet and a palm print bedspread, or pretend to chat with the ladies through the girls’ yellow kitchen phone.
The Golden Girls Kitchen is located at 19 Fulton Street, New York NY. Tickets start at $40 per person and can be purchased online. The 90-minute reservation includes your choice of a Golden Main and a slice of cheesecake. There will be additional sides, desserts, beverages and exclusive The Golden Girls Kitchen merchandise to purchase.
Hours of operation are Wednesday – Thursday: 2 pm – 10:30 pm; Friday: 2 – 11:15 pm; Saturday: 10 am – 11:15 pm; Sunday: 10 am – 10:30 pm through March 31. Drag Brunch will take place every Sunday starting January 8 through February at 10 am, 10:45 am, 11:45 am, and 12:30 pm.
