At Bagel Bazaar, which has locations in Hamilton, Dayton, Middlesex, Bound Brook, North Brunswick, Piscataway, South Plainfield, Jackson and Hillsborough, CEO Paul Salas says making a Knicks bagel felt like a natural next step for a shop known for its themed creations.
“Several years ago we started focusing on more unique bagel variations we felt our customers would enjoy. We’ve made Jingle Bell bagels for Christmas, Leprechaun bagels for St. Patrick’s Day and Monster Mash bagels for Halloween, all customer favorites that went very viral on social media,” Salas, a Knicks fan for the past 40 years, told New Jersey Family. “With the Knicks being in the championship this year, we knew we had to do a special bagel creation. We started selling these the last weekend of May leading up to Game 1!”

The orange-and-blue bagels are sold in stores and online at bagelbazaarstore.com with nationwide shipping available. Pre-ordering is recommended because they go quickly.
“These bagels are a huge hit! We are so proud to share our bagels with thousands of people, their friends and family. Around the country we are able to bring happiness and joy to our fellow Knicks fans,” he said.
Here are more Knicks-themed treats to check out around New Jersey. Since many are limited-time items and selling fast, call ahead, check social media and be sure to pre-order before you go.
