Your Child Can Take a Dance Class With the Rockettes

If your kid is a budding ballerina or dreams of marching like a toy soldier, the Radio City Rockettes offer an incredible experience where they can learn directly from the world-famous dancers in their rehearsal hall!

During a one- or two-hour workshop, fans of all ages have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to be one of the Rockettes! Gather your family or group for this once-in-a-lifetime program and learn choreography from the Christmas Spectacular. You’ll want to audition for the real show in no time!

The show is a perennial favorite and a can’t-miss for those visiting NYC during the holiday season. It debuted in 1933 and ever since fans have loved the kick line, Parade of the Wooden Soldiers, New York at Christmas, Ragdolls and every other scene in the vibrant, musical, theatrical show. New this year is “Dance of the Frost Fairies” where magical fairies emerge during the first snowfall of every season.

Dance workshops following 10 am showtime will begin at 12:30 pm. Dance workshops following 11 am showtime will begin at 1:30 pm. Current dates are Dec. 17, 18, 28, 29 and 30.
