Willy’s Wiggly Web is a wiggly, wobbly game where preschoolers use scissors to cut the web. It's the latest cooperative preschool game from Peaceable Kingdom.
When Playing the Game, Kids Will:
- Cut with scissors
- Recognize left & right
- Use hand-eye coordination
- Count
- Take turns
- Work cooperatively
How to Play:
Can you cut all the little bugs free before Willy the Spider falls from the top of the web? Everyone has to watch out—it's wiggly! The game starts by setting up the web and placing Willy and the 10 bugs around the web. Players pick a card, follow the instructions to cut the web, and then pass the scissors either left or right. Players work together to cut all the bugs free and everyone wins!
What Is a Cooperative Game?
A cooperative game is a game where all players play together against a common obstacle, not against each other. In a cooperative game no one feels left out and everyone has fun! Peaceable Kingdom’s cooperative board games use familiar game mechanisms – spinning a spinner, matching cards, moving a token, and strategizing a win. The difference is that players play together. Playing together helps kids in many ways—they can experience shared decision-making, build self-esteem, learn to share, feel compassion, and work as a team. A cooperative game eliminates stress, builds self-esteem, and teaches kids that playing together can be fun!
For ages 3 to 6 years; 2 to 4 players; $19.99.
