Even coronavirus can’t stop the scary fun at Bloodshed Farms. This Halloween season, the Bloodshed Farms Fearfest in Columbus will be a drive-thru experience that will cause blood-curdling screams all from the safety of your vehicle.
Bloodshed Farms
In this immersive, contactless experience, you’ll have scary encounters with “twisted creatures and menacing characters as you journey through theatrical sets full of terrifying displays and special effects.” Voted one of the top experiences by New Jersey Haunted Houses three years in a row, this is one you don’t want to miss.
According to the event’s Facebook page, there will be a limited number of tickets per night for this disturbing and theatrical drive-thru experience which has been reimagined to allow for social distancing and other rules that need to be observed during COVID.

Although the owner says that the experience will be a little less intense this year and appropriate for families, the video on Bloodshed Farms’ website looks like something that will appeal mainly to teenagers who love the thrills and chills of horror movies (and would give younger kids–and squeamish adults–nightmares!).
With actors in full makeup and costume and totally committed to their horrifying characters, Bloodshed Farms is sure to provide a spooky experience unlike any other you’ll have this Halloween season.

For even more scares, the “VIP Blood Bath Upgrade” will “engulf you into the horror” even further. For an additional $20, you’ll be giving permission for the actors and props to touch your car. Get ready for fake blood, ectoplasmic goo, water, soap and more. (Scary note: Bloodshed Farms is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle during this experience. They do, however, use only liquid, vehicle safe products).
The experience is available weekends in October – check the schedule for prices that are per vehicle depending on the day. As part of your admission fee, every car gets a photo that will be posted to their Facebook page for you to download – that is if you make it out alive!
