We’ve all been there. Maybe you’re going to the bathroom in the middle of the night or you’re rushing to get to work in the morning. Then BAM! The horrible pain you know too well that’s reserved for only one kind of toy…LEGOs.
Fortunately the awful experience of stepping on one (or several) of these plastic building blocks may be near (at least for French shoppers… and hopefully us soon!)
According to the French blog Piwee, LEGO France has announced that they are giving just 1,500 pairs of these pain-proof shoes away to shoppers who fill out a Christmas wish list on their website.
The slippers, which are the classic LEGO red and yellow, even have interchangeable feet so you never have to worry if they’re on right as you try to make your way through the minefield that doubles as a living room.
Although these safety slippers aren’t available in the US yet, we are optimistic that such a luxury will soon make its way over to us.
